They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their ever-growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a diligent work ethic.
Developing a short-term and long-term plan for the development of the company s brands and overseeing those brands marketing campaigns, once implemented.
Identifying and measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities of the company.
Communicating with the managing director about existing and new marketing activities.
Communicating the marketing plan with the marketing team and coordinating the marketing projects from beginning to end.
Working closely with the sales team to create advertising campaigns and sales promotions. Organizing promotional events such as trade shows, and conferences and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with the team.
Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of marketing channels.
Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
Training the Marketing team to assist with event coordination and sales.
Coordinating all media contacts and ensuring that the company consistently gets print and digital coverage.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in product marketing or a related field is preferable.
3+ years of experience working in relevant fields (i.e., marketing in the healthcare industry).
Skilled in Social Media Marketing.
Skilled in brand strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable analysing campaign success and making recommendations for improvement.
Familiar with Photoshop and InDesign software.
