About us:

Aqua, based in Hampshire, are temperature control specialists.  Our Sales, Hire & Service divisions, support customers across the UK with the supply of equipment and associated services.   Our products include chillers, adiabatic & dry air coolers, cooling towers, temperature control units, air handlers, air conditioning units and boilers.  From a supply only unit to a fully bespoke, built to order system, we have the flexibility to meet our customers’ requirements, no matter how individual they may be.

The Company has a clearly defined growth plan over the next few years which will offer employees training and development opportunities.  Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

The Role

The main objective of this role is to take ownership of our digital marketing activity to support the strategic objectives of the business.  Overall goal is to increase lead generation for our Sales, Hire and Service divisions.


Digital Marketing Manager – responsibilities:

  • Digital strategy, working alongside the Marketing team and other stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Working alongside our Creative lead to ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines
  • Managing, developing, and continually improving our website and user experience
  • PPC campaigns
  • Development and execution of SEO
  • Social media
  • Email marketing
  • Tracking performance and reporting to the Management Team 

Our ideal Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing to a B2B audience, with the ability to demonstrate significant past successes
  • Experienced user of WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar
  • Data driven approach, comfortable with using data to provide insights and strategy
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, team player       
  • Experienced in planning, developing, and executing multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently and clearly with senior, experienced stakeholders and brand partners
  • Technical, engineering, or scientific background – useful but not essential
